About Us

While running a competitive boxing gym for over 35 years, we have also helped members attain their personal goals.

From weight loss to self-defense, cardio vascular health or simply stress relief, boxing trainings and workouts are great in many ways with numerous benefits.

​

In the competitive scene, we have had boxers at every level.  From regional, provincial, national, international and olympic boxing and into the professional ranks, we've trained boxers at every level.
