KULIBOX 

EXTREME

 

A boxercise-type class done while using some boxing movements along with other full-body movements rhythmically done to music, non-stop energized for the entire class

BOXING 

CIRCUIT

this training session is packed with drills and exercises focussing on pushing yourself to your limit

 

BOXING GUIDED TRAINING 

Shadow boxing, heavy bag, speed ball, skipping rope ... all the things a boxer does in this classic boxing training working

 

BOXING SPARRING

This supervised drill is basically entering the ring and working on the techniques you've learnt to put into actual practice

 

OPEN

GYM

You are on your own to work your skills on the heavy bag, ring movement, skipping, speed bag and even the weight stations

 

GIRLS

CLASS

exclusive to only  girls where we will be working boxing drills as well as stations making it a complete workout
